Here are some things you may want to do to assure that you will provide the best service to your clients and to assure that you will maximize your commissions.
- You will want to include a special link on your web site that would direct your clients to the special web site we have created for you. Please ask for our help if you would like some ideas that would make this most effective for you. Click here to see some banner choices you could choose to use.
- If you are sending any form of email or confirmation letters to your clients you will want to include a specific sentence in that verbiage that would direct them to your newly created site. Example: Now that we’ve arranged for your air-fare and accommodations you might want to check the special website we have created for you to show all the varied activity and tour options available to you on your Hawaiian vacation.
- Dependent upon which island or islands your particular clients are going to visit you may want to provide them with a single page printout that explains many of the tour options available to them on that island. You can easily print these out by going to the following link Marketing Outlet. You can print these out on your own printer, or better yet take a template to Kinko’s or some similar location and print them out in mass. You will need to print your four digit ID# on each page printed out so we will be able to identify where the client is coming from when they call us from this special printed sheet. This is a very effective way to have clients contact us if you are an accommodation, hotel, condo or vacation rental on one of the islands
