You may be wondering how we keep track of your clients! It’s a simple and effective system.
There are three ways you clients might contact us:
- If you are a travel agent or work in a related field, you might simply want to contact us yourself by phone or through the shopping cart on your site to fulfill the activity requests of your clients.
In the case of contact via phone our agents would simply enter in the name of your company or specific ID# on the actual activity ticket created. If you choose to simply purchase a ticket for your client right off the shopping cart of your site the ID# would automatically be registered on the ticket allowing for easy ticket compilation.
- If you simply directed your client the site we created for you they could order whatever tour they wanted from the shopping cart on that site and your ID# would automatically appear on their ticket as having come from you, or
- If the client using your site decided they needed some special help choosing the tours they needed and called the phone number listed on each page of your site, the agent on our end would ask the client either what the name of your company was at the very top of each page of your site or ask them what the special ID# was that could be found on every page of your site.
