Question: How do I know that the people I send to Tom Barefoot's Tours are being accurately tracked to me so I get paid?

Answer: Because your Branded Affiliate Website or Non Branded Affiliate Website has tracking program built in that tracks any purchases made online, and it also has a four digit number on the lower left of the page along with a special phone number that allows all of the orders made over the phone to be tracked as well.

Website Bookings:
As long as the links you post to your site are correctly formatted from our Link Generator, all of the web bookings that come in from your site will be tagged with your affiliate number in our database. Our ticketing database will automatically record that you reccomended the client and then the ticket is automatically sent to the accounting department for processing of your commission payment. You can test to see if you input your links correctly by looking for your four digit affiliate number in red on the left side of the site (as shown above), if the number appears the tracking system has been engaged.

Phone Bookings:
Your affiliate site has a special phone number as well as a special tracking number built into the lower left side of the page (see example above). When Tom Barefoot's Tours receives calls from these phone lines a notice appears on our agents screens that directs them to ask for the four digit code that is in red letters on the left side of all affiliate websites for tracking. This code is then tagged on their client profile in our database and any of the tickets that are bought over the phone are tagged so our ticketing database will then automatically record that you reccomended the client to Tom Barefoot's Tours and then the ticket is automatically sent to the accounting department for processing of your commission payment.

What if my client enters my web address incorrectly?

If your web address is entered incorrectly then they will be redirected to a page that will ask them for their reference number so they can be properly tracked, you can see an example at www.BarefootHawaii.com. If your client does not know your reference number they will enter the site as affiliate six thousand. With all six thousand affiliates our sales agents are required to ask the client how they heard about our service and make their best attempt at figuring out who referred them.
