Who We Are - Tom Barefoot's Tours

Since 1975, Tom Barefoot's Tours has been providing tours and activities for guests visiting the Hawaiian islands. Here's an (unbelievably) brief history so you can get to know us a bit better.

In the beginning, we were a one-man operation providing access to information about the tours and activities available on the island of Maui. At that time, we were located at the corner of Front and Hotel Streets next to the picturesque Pioneer Inn in downtown Lahaina. That original location was a small booth which was handcrafted by the founder. Now our headquarters are located in Kahului, Maui and this serves as the base from which tours are sold on all the islands of Hawaii.

Our reputation in the industry has been exemplary and we have been recommended as one of the most reliable tours and activities brokers in Hawaii by countless travel books including Frommer's, Fodors, Idiots Guide to Hawaii, Dummies Guide to Hawaii, the Ruff Guide, and many others.
